The World Of Wedding Dresses: What 30A Brides Are Wearing
First thing, If you decided to explore this site, thank you. You know by now I love wedding dresses. If you did’nt and you are just visiting, I love wedding dresses. About The Editor
Styling brides and sourcing dresses never gets old, and neither does seeing what some of my favorite designers come out with year after year. After falling backwards in to this industry in 2016 I have been enamored with all things bridal fashion. From being a 10 year old girl begging her parents for a Vogue Subscription to attending runway shows in New York, I have truly fell in love with this exciting world. Now with that being said, let’s get into the latest launches in the bridal fashion industry and what I hope to see brides in 30A rock down the aisle in 2025.
Showstopping Ballgowns: Rita Vinieris Spring 2025
Over the past four years, Rita has emerged as one of the most iconic designers in the mainstream market. With her bold, modern looks and daring two-piece ensembles, she has redefined the concept of the contemporary bride in the post-COVID era. While brides had grown accustomed to traditional lace, Rita introduced a fresh perspective that captivated those seeking to make a statement. Her designs feature striking 3D flowers, bold lace prints, jacquard fabrics, and sleek mikado. As a personal fan, I am consistently amazed by her ability to innovate and deliver something new and exciting. This collection is all about romance, with floral prints and soft fabrics, the ethereal bride is going to love this years looks. Pair these looks with the sweeping landscape of The Chapel at Seaside, or snap a photo op down the beautiful streets of Rosemary Beach Town Square.
Unique Wedding Looks: Monique Lhuillier Spring 2025
The 30A Bride is no stranger to Monique Lhuillier, one of the most sought-after designers since 2004. Having dressed many well-known celebrities, her skill in designing bridal gowns is unmatched. Known for her iconic colorful floral prints and removable accessories, her dresses are truly something to "ooh" and "ahh" about when seen in person—walking works of art. When I attended New York Bridal Fashion Week and finally had the pleasure of seeing them up close, I was not disappointed. It was inspiring to witness her creativity and quality firsthand. This season, she focuses on what she does best with some exciting twists, including fun short second-look options and a daring pantsuit. I'll be on the lookout for these as reception looks, hopefully worn at the Lyceum Lawn or Caliza in Alys Beach.
Romantic Silhouettes: Ines Di Santo Spring 2025
Renowned for her avant-garde designs, Ines Di Santo's runway shows are always full of surprises. Creating her first wedding gown when she was 5, and debuting her first collection in 1984. She is an icon in this industry and it is truly an honor to wear one of her gowns. Her latest collection showcases her incredible talent, offering everything from soft, romantic gowns to dark, alluring styles, and even sexy short dresses. There is truly something for every type of bride, all while maintaining the iconic Ines aesthetic. Brides, here are a few of my favorites. I believe these would pair beautifully with weddings at The Western Green or Rosemary Town Hall.
